きっかり3日間行われるバーゼルのカーニバルは街ぐるみのお祭り。
オフィスは半日お休みになり、バーゼルの同僚達はカーニバル
期間中は一切のミーティングを入れないんだそうです。
カーニバルは”最も素晴らしい3日間”と地元の人々に呼ばれています。
The event starts at 4 am on Monday after the Ash Wednesday
("Morgenstreich") and lasts for 3 days, till 4 am on Thursday.
Offices are closed, and Basler colleagues mark their calendar one year
in advance in order not to book any meeting during the Carnival period
Indeed, this must be the "most wonderful 3 days" for Baslers.
